Department of Health & Human Services

ADSI supported the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Certification and Accreditation program, which included implementing a continuous monitoring solution as well as design and implementation of the enterprise security metrics plan.

Government of the US Virgin Islands

ADSI served as subcontractor to 3P, Inc. to support the U.S. Virgin Islands’ Office of Economic Opportunity in implementing a program management and oversight office in support of its American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grants management, accountability and transparency requirements.

DC Office of Healthcare Privacy and Confidentiality

ADSI deployed a custom version of its web-based HIPAA Compliance ePartner compliance management tool to align with the specific needs of the District of Columbia, which included the development of specific tracking and reporting modules to ensure compliance with HIPAA Privacy Protected Healthcare Information.

DC Department of Motor Vehicles

ADSI provided staff augmentation support to Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) Apex team, which is responsible for the DC DMV’s IT system support and maintenance.  ADSI resources provided oversight and technical support of enhancements and bug fixes to major applications including Destiny, TIMS and Business Object Reporting.

DC Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development

ADSI developed the Program Compliance Management System (PCMS) to manage the District of Columbia’s infrastructure investment accountability requirements using ASP .NET, SQL Server and XML.

DC Department of Health

ADSI worked with the Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) to develop and implement the Security Awareness Training and Education (SATE) program, which included the development of seventeen custom security training courses designed for either classroom or e-Learning delivery.  Courses were designed for three separate user types: End Users, Technical Users and Management.  ADSI worked with the MAA HIPAA Steering Committee to ensure compliance with NIST Standards and HIPAA regulations via the implementation of HIPAA Security Controls.

Department of Transportation - FTA

ADSI provided expert Knowledge Management consulting to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).  ADSI identified FTA needs and proposed a solution that leveraged a cloud-based knowledge management portal implemented in Microsoft SharePoint with custom Web Parts.

Department of Transportation - FMCSA

ADSI lent acquisition support expertise to the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), which included planning and implementation of financial management tools based on Oracle Delphi and PRISM.

Department of Defense

ADSI provided web development support to Schriever Air Force Base, which included services such as content management, domain registration renewals, site management and content hosting for the Base Support Services.

Department of Veterans Affairs

ADSI deployed custom development in Flash, CSS, ASP .NET, ASP, JavaScript and jQuery to complete a re-design of the Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Mental health Services (OMHS) Mental Health website.

General Services Administration

ADSI provided expert database consulting to the General Service Administration’s (GSA) Public Business Service’s (PBS) Enterprise Service Center (ESC).  ADSI, with Oracle as a subcontractor, conducted an Oracle Environment and Security Assessment to review and asses the current database and application server environments.

Internal Revenue Service

ADSI provided implementation support for the migration of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Affordable Care Act (ACA) Project Management Office (PMO) SharePoint portal from SharePoint 2003 to SharePoint 2010.  ADSI improved IRS business processes by leveraging custom SharePoint Workflows and Dashboards.

DC Public Schools

ADSI assisted the DC Public Schools Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in defining and documenting its organizational business needs and requirements.  ADSI applied its business process expertise and consulting services to define and document optimal processes within OCFO as well as standard operating procedures for its newly designed Business Center operations.
