Information Security Analyst

We are seeking an Information Security Analyst with experience implementing security compliance in Federal Agencies based upon NIST or DIACAP standards. The successful candidate must have 3 or more years of experience in Information Security Compliance Implementation for large organizations. Certifications in one or more of the following; CISA, CHSP, CISM, CISSP, MCSE is desired. The successful candidate must be able to provide day-to-day application security expertise for multiple operating platforms including developing and maintaining security procedures and implementing controls to close security gaps to address Administrative, Physical and Technical Safeguards. Ability to consult with agency security officers on security requirements and selecting of software tools to address password control, data encryption, analyze potential security problems and take appropriate corrective action is required. Experience is required in writing security procedures and technical security plans for CM, RM, BCP/DRP, etc., performing site security compliance reviews, site surveys, disaster recovery and contingency planning. Top-notch team participation, technical writing and verbal communication skills are required. Practical knowledge and experience with certifications and accreditation best practices is required.
